Assistant Professor, Veterinary Clinical Sciences

Dr. Vien O graduated from Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine and completed a small animal rotating internship at VCA Aurora Animal Hospital. He then practiced emergency and critical care medicine in both private practice and academia settings before joining the Clinical Sciences team. Dr. O is a member of the Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care Society and serves as advisor to the student chapter of VECCS at LIU-CVM. His academic interests include clinical skills, triage, CPR, and polytrauma management.
