Leveraging existing expertise in educational research in teaching & learning, Lewyt College of Veterinary faculty will be encouraged to pursue research that evaluates teaching technology effectiveness and supports the development of professional competencies.

With a number of research institutes, centers and programs established across the university, LIU Pharmacy's Natoli Institute bridges together faculty and students towards becoming leaders in biomedical and pharmaceutical research.

Long Island University's Lewyt College of Veterinary Medicine will be highly focused on engaging students in academic research. Faculty have active research programs highly suited for student involvement, much of which is integrated with existing programs at LIU Pharmacy.
