- Content: Designs should reflect the positive spirit of Shark Nation. Submissions should avoid references to drugs, alcohol, politics, vulgar imagery, or controversial themes. All entries will be reviewed.
- Size: Designs may be any size up to a maximum of 12 inches wide by 15 inches high.

Colors: Please use no more than three colors. Minor adjustments may be made to the winning design to meet production needs. Designs are encouraged to align with LIU brand colors:
- File Format: Submit artwork as editable and scalable vector files. All typography should be outlined, and files should be production-ready to ensure timely printing.
- University Marks: If your design includes LIU names or logos, they may be refined as needed to meet university branding standards.
- Design Submissions Due: Monday, April 13, 2026
- Campus Voting: April 15–16 (via social media)
- Winner Announced: Friday, April 17
- Winning Design Unveiled: Late April (limited release)
