Graduate Students


At the College of Pharmacy, our advanced graduate-level study in pharmaceutics, pharmacology, and drug regulatory affairs are among the most highly sought after in the country.

Graduate programs are offered in flexible formats, often meeting in the late afternoons, evenings, and weekends, and some blended (online and in-class) options.


Eligibility

Students with a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university are eligible to apply for admission. The program specializations in Pharmaceutics usually require an undergraduate degree in pharmacy, chemistry, biology or a related science specialty. 


Application Process

MS programs:

  1. Application information/documents are reviewed by the Office of Admissions
  2. Review and final decision is made by the Office of Admissions
  3. Admissions contacts students with their decision
    • If Admitted, the Admissions Office sends an official Acceptance letter to the student

    • The College of Pharmacy Associate Dean sends a Greeting Letter

    • If Denied, the Office of Admissions will communicate to the student

  4. Registration information is then sent from the Graduate Programs Coordinator to new admitted students

PhD programs:

  1. Application information/documents are sent from Office of Admissions to the College of Pharmacy PhD Committee
  2. Review and final decision is done by the Committee and communicated to Admissions
  3. Admissions contacts student with the decision
    • If Admitted, the Office of Admissions sends an official Acceptance letter to the student
    • College of Pharmacy Associate Dean sends a Greeting Letter
    • If Denied, the Office of Admissions will communicate to the student
  4.  Registration information is then sent from the Graduate Programs Coordinator to new admitted students
