Description

Dr. Fischetti received her PharmD degree from the University of South Carolina. She completed her PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at The Brooklyn Hospital Center before going on to complete a PGY2 Ambulatory Care Residency at The Brooklyn Hospital Center. She joined LIU Pharmacy in 2017 and is currently an Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice with her practice at The Brooklyn Hospital Center. Dr. Fischetti provides outpatient services for HIV primary care, anticoagulation and pharmacotherapy.  In addition, she precepts APPE pharmacy students on rotation as well PGY-2 Ambulatory Care Pharmacy residents at The Brooklyn Hospital Center.  She is the Director of Postgraduate Programs at LIU Pharmacy and the Residency Program Director for the PGY2 Ambulatory Care Residency through LIU Pharmacy at The Brooklyn Hospital Center.  Dr. Fischetti is board certified in ambulatory care and certified to practice collaborative drug therapy management in New York. She is also a credentialed HIV Pharmacist through the American Academy of HIV Medicine.
