Dr. Elaine Wong is a native New Yorker. After earning her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Arnold & Marie Schwartz College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, Long Island University, she pursued a pharmacy practice residency at Hackensack University Medical Center, NJ. Dr. Wong is currently an Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice and practices as a clinical pharmacist at Maimonides Medical Center, Brooklyn, NY. She lectures within the pharmacotherapeutics series, is a preceptor for both introductory and advanced pharmacy practice students, and serves as the faculty advisor for the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists. Dr. Wong is passionate about teaching, and strives to create a positive learning experience for her students.
