Welcome to LIU Riverhead Academics

LIU Riverhead students benefit from the extraordinary resources of a major private university, professors with top academic credentials, unique degree programs and small classes.

Master’s programs offered at the Riverhead location are designed for working adults as well as traditional students, with evening and weekend courses available for students who need to balance work and family responsibilities with their graduate education. Upper-division (junior and senior year) undergraduate programs build upon associate degrees or core curricula earned at other institutions, leading to degrees that prepare students for the work place or further study at the graduate level. Graduates of Suffolk County Community College can seamlessly transfer into the undergraduate programs.
