Description
Prof. Gonzalez is an Alum of LIU. He has had a distinguished carreer in community practice having high level positions in management at 3 major chains. He has also been a member of the New York State Board of Pharmacy since 2005. As a board member he has focused on many public health issues as well as community outreach. He joined the college in 2010 and has been involved in the experiential program as a field coordinator as well as taught as an adjunct professor in pharmaceutical sciences teaching various compounding courses. He was promoted to a faculty position in 2017. Prof Gonzalez has also been an outstanding pharmacy spokesman for the profession of pharmacy as well as the college of pharmacy. He has appeared various times on Fox News as a pharmacy expert as well as Readers Digest & Pharmacy Health Executive.
