The advanced certificate is intended to provide necessary coursework and preparation that allows a student to apply for NY state certification in this field. At the discretion of the Program Director, some transfer of credits into the program may be permitted.
Approximately 70% of the courses in this program are delivered online with the remaining courses delivered face-to-face
Students are enrolled at LIU Hudson, and take their courses online with face-to-face courses taken at either LIU Riverhead or LIU Hudson.
