- Depart C.W. Post campus by motor coach at 7:30 a.m.
- Arrive Baltimore Inner harbor in the late morning
- Leave Baltimore Harbor in the mid afternoon and continue to Washington
- Check into hotel in Arlington, VA for 4 nights accommodations
- Balance of afternoon and evening free

(Tu) |
- Breakfast at the hotel
- Activity: In the morning, tour the Georgetown section of Washington, and see Embassy Row and the National Cathedral
- Group members get own lunch
- Performance: Commonwealth Academy, 2:00 p.m.
- After the performance, proceed to Washington for dinner

May 11

- Breakfast at the hotel
- Depart hotel and drive to the Pope John Paul II Cultural Center
- Performance: Pope John Paul II Cultural Center, 10:30 a.m.
- Lunch at the Pavilion at the Old Post Office
- Activity: After lunch, take part in guided tour of Capitol Hill including Congress, Supreme Court and the Library of Congress
- Activity: Afterwards stop at Arlington National Cemetery to view the changing of the guard and Kennedy grave sites
- Return to the hotel
- Free evening

- Breakfast at the hotel
- Activity: Proceed to the Smithsonian National Air & Space Museum for a short visit
- Drive to the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception
- Performance: Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception, 1:00 p.m.
- Directly after concert drive to the nearby Veterans Administration Hospital
- Performance: Veterans Administration Hospital, 2:30 p.m.
- Return to the hotel in the late afternoon
- Special dinner at a restaurant on the Tidal Basin

- Depart hotel at 9:30 a.m.
- Arrive C.W Post campus by mid-afternoon
