for the exact amount of the tuition and fee payment. Students failing
to fulfill all non-academic requirements (tuition, fees, library
obligations, etc.) will be denied subsequent services, including
but not limited to withholding of diplomas, transcripts, letters
of certification, or licensure eligibility until these requirements
are met.
