To find Out Which Operating System Your Computer Is Using
To make sure you know which version is on your computer:
1. Click Start, and then click Run.
2. In the box, type winver, and then click OK.
The window that appears will show you which version of
Windows your computer is using.

A. Click on the appropriate patch for your system. |

B. Choose the Open option. |

C. Click Next. |

D. Pick ' I Agree' |

E. Click the Next button to start installing
the patch. |

F. Click Finish & Reboot |

| 2. Run Removal Tool (w/ Internet Explorer): |

A. Click on the link below |

McAfee
Stinger Removal Tool |
| |
|
B. Choose Open option |
| |
|
 |
| |
|
C. Pick 'Scan Now' |
| |
|
 |
| |
|
D. Let the utility run. It will automatically
clean any infected files. The Scan will take several minutes
to complete.
F. If nothing is found, go to next step click
here for steps on how to check for Windows Updates for your
computer.

Note: Even if your computer is acting normally,
it may still be infected. It is vital that you apply the
patch, run the removal tool and update to the latest virus
definition software.
