To access dial 4500 from phone
Press the star(*) key
Enter your ID which is your extension XXXX
First time password is 12345

It will ask you to record your name and enter a new private password
Finally it will ask you to change your directory status- which you do not have to do
Then you will be finished
Your VM system will record all of the messages and send them to your e-mail account. The messages will still be on the phone but will be moved to the saved folder if you use your e-mail to read them

To access form off campus dial 1 718 780 4500 then press the star key when unity picks up
Enter your ID (your extension)
Then password
