How to use your new IP phone-

To pick up another persons phone you must lift the receiver, press the more button, press Pickup, then press answer.

To transfer a call press the transfer button dial the extension, at this point you will be connected to the person you are trying to transfer, you have the opportunity to announce the person you are transferring , if the person wants to accept the transfer press the transfer button once again.

If you don't want to announce the call press transfer, dial extension press transfer again

You can use the 6 buttons on the side of the display screen to toggle between the call that come into your phone

If you are on a call and another call come in to your phone you can press the second button down to answer the second button, the first call is automatically put on hold allowing you to answer the second call. To go back to the first call press the first button and then press resume.

To conference a call- connect to the first party, press the conference button dial the second parties number then press the conference button again. To add more than one party just repeat the procedure.

To change the ring style- press the Settings button press 2 for ring type press the select button toggle up or down to each type of ring press play to listen to each ring. When you have decided on one press select then press ok the exit out

Press the directories button- this is where the phone keeps a log of all your phones activities for the day. You can see the call you missed the calls you made and the calls you have placed

The volume button control the volume of the ring. When you are on a phone call the volume button controls the volume of your earpiece.
