LOADING IN

The Loading Dock is at street level and level with the stage.  The Loading Dock Doors and Stage Door are located mere steps from stage right. 

The Loading Doors are 7'-3"wide by 7'-10" high.

We also own a small truck ramp (12x3x6) and a few castered dollies and handtrucks to aid in your load in.  Tilles also owns various A-Frame ladders from 16' to 4' tall, a Skyjack SJPX35 (35' Platform height) and a Skyjack Scissor Lift with a 32' platform height.  Please discuss additional equipment needs and oversize items well in advance of you load in day.

LAUNDRY FACILITIES
 

A washer and dryer are located on the basement level.  Steamers, Iron, and Ironing Boards, and a few wardrobe racks are available upon request.  Unfortunately we do not have any hangers, please plan to bring your own.

 

CATERING
 

We are under a contractual obligation to utilize on campus caterers for all food and beverage needs inside the Tilles Complex.  Please contact our Production Manager to organize all catering requests.  No outside food will be allowed to be served without prior consent.
