The Princeton Review Says C.W. Post M.B.A. Program Among Best in Nation

Brookville, N.Y. – Citing cutting edge classes and accommodating professors, The Princeton Review has recognized the College of Management at the C.W. Post Campus of Long Island University as one of the best places in the country to earn a Master of Business Administration degree for the second consecutive year.

The Princeton Review’s "Best 290 Business Schools," which hit bookstores Oct. 10, rates C.W. Post among the best in the nation based on data collected during a three-year survey cycle.

"The C.W. Post Campus serves the area's sizable population by providing a prestigious graduate degree accessible to full-timers and part-timers alike," according to the profile in "Best 290 Business Schools." The M.B.A. program at C.W. Post was also featured in last year's edition.

The New York-based education services company surveyed students who attended C.W. Post. The "Survey Says" section of the profile said respondents agreed on C.W. Post's friendly students, smart classrooms, beautiful campus and solid preparation in teamwork.

"We compile our ranking lists in multiple categories based on what students report to us about their schools to help applicants decide which of these academically outstanding schools is best for them," said Robert Franek, vice president/publisher, Princeton Review.

The C.W. Post College of Management's business programs carry the elite accreditation of AACSB International - the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business. The college offers a 36 to 48 credit M.B.A. that can be completed on weekday evenings or Saturdays as well as a five-year accelerated B.S./M.B.A. in business administration program.

The College of Management also is home to the nation's first School of Professional Accountancy, which offers bachelor's and master's degree programs in accountancy and taxation, and the School of Public Service, which has degrees in criminal justice, health care administration, public administration and social work.
