Graduate Scholarships Available through C.W. Post College of Management

Over $60,000 available for incoming graduate students

Brookville, NY – More than $60,000 in scholarship funds are available for incoming graduate students at the College of Management at the C.W. Post Campus of Long Island University.

The scholarships, which are funded through the College of Management Alumni Chapter, are available to students in all disciplines at the College of Management, including accounting, business, criminal justice, healthcare and public administration and social work.

To qualify, a student must be an incoming graduate student enrolled in the Fall 2007 semester, with an undergraduate G.P.A. of at least 3.5 and/or score a 550 on the GMATs. Applications are available from the graduate advisors for the College of Management and the Graduate Admissions Office. The deadline is July 29, 2007.

“Graduate education is most important in today’s global environment,” said Roslyn Muraskin, Ph.D., director of the College of Management Alumni Chapter and a professor of criminal justice.  “Scholarship assistance for students studying on the master’s level helps provide a tremendous boost to their educational and career success.”

Comprising three outstanding schools - Professional Accountancy, Business and Public Service the College of Management prepares students to perform competently, ethically and professionally in the public and private sectors.
