C.W. Post Winter Session Offers Full College Courses at Reduced Rates

Students interested in turning their winter break into a valuable learning experience should consider the Winter Session at the C.W. Post Campus of Long Island University in Brookville, where a full college course can be completed in just two weeks. Winter Session classes are one-third off the regular tuition rate.
Courses offered during the session, which runs from December 28, 2006 to January 11, 2007, include Introduction to Media Arts, Western Literature to the Renaissance, Drawing, Computer Literacy, Psychopharmacology and Great Plays. More than 30 offerings are available and most courses run four hours a day, five days a week for 10 class meetings. Morning, afternoon and evening classes are available.
Classes are open to the public. Current C.W. Post students who wish to sign up for Winter Session should contact their academic counselors. New or visiting students can complete a shortened application, available online at www.liu.edu/cwpwinter or from the Winter Session Office.
