Dancing Their Way to Success

March 20, 2002 — Earlier this month, the C.W. Post Department of Theatre, Film and Dance presented two dances at the American College Dance Festival (ACDF), Northeast Conference which was held this year at Muhlenberg College, Allentown, PA. From among the 48 pieces presented at the festival, "Bus Stop," choreographed by C.W. Post senior Ryanne Glasper, was one of 13 pieces selected to be presented at the ACDF Gala on March 9, 2002. "Bus Stop" was one of three of the 13 pieces presented at the Gala performance that was choreographed by an undergrad and the only piece where the performers were all freshmen; the dancers were Javier Amaya, Jamilia Hall, and Meghan Laramee.
