NOVEL (New York Online Virtual Electronic Library) is a statewide virtual library provided free to the public by the New York State Library. It is currently a pilot project funded through a Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) grant to the NY State Library by the Federal Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS).

Therefore, please arrive at the test room prior to the exam time. Students who arrive late may not take the examinations. Please bring your student I.D. card to the exam. If the exam has not been taken by the time you have earned 60 credits, you will be automatically enrolled to take the library workshop.
