provides indexing for 3,024 journals from the fields of nursing, biomedicine, health
sciences librarianship, alternative/complementary medicine, consumer health, and
17 other allied health disciplines, with indexing back to 1937, as well as the full text
337 of journals (some going back to 1937) plus legal cases, clinical innovations,
critical paths, drug records, research instruments, and clinical trials.
Includes Pre-CINAHL, with the newest journal articles that are in the process of being indexed, and
CINAHL Select, with the full text of an additional 170 journals.
Also indexes health care books, nursing dissertations, selected conference proceedings,
standards of practice, educational software, audiovisuals, and more. Includes
searchable cited references for more than 1,160 journals.

- Presents 600 articles on food and its place in human
culture and society, covering everything from agronomy to zucchini. Students,

NOVEL (New York Online Virtual

the public by the New York State Library.
