How to Apply

STEP ONE - Download and complete the Program Application for the Intensive English Program.

STEP TWO - If you need an I-20, download and complete the
I-20 Application

Note: Please make sure your financial documents are originals, not copies.

STEP THREE - Submit the following documents to the English Language Institute.

  • Program Application
  • I-20 Application
  • A copy of your passport
  • A copy of your high school or college transcripts
  • A non-refundable tuition deposit of $150, payable to Long Island University
  • A completed Medical Form.

STEP FOUR - Mail all applications to:
