Is there an application deadline?
Admissions applications are accepted on a rolling basis. Although
applications are accepted at the beginning of each semester, we
do encourage students to apply early.
What credential must be submitted to properly file an application?
All Freshman students are required to submit the following:

There are approximately 5,400 undergraduate students on campus.

We offer over 100 different majors in this disciplines: liberal

What is the cost to attend C.W. Post?
Tuition for the 2007-2008 academic year is $24,700 (student
activity & university fees are additional). Room and board is
approximately $9,600.
How long will it take to graduate?
A typical student will fulfill graduation requirements in 4
years.
Will the university honor the SAT or ACT?
Yes
What is the average GPA and SAT?
Solid B 82-85 around a 3.0, math and verbal 1000 with writing 1520.
Is there a tuition or housing deposit required?
We require a non-refundable tuition deposit of $200. We also
require a non-refundable housing deposit of $300 if you choose to
live on campus.
Is there a deadline for the housing and tuition deposits?
Yes, Tuition and Housing Deposits are due by May 1.
How soon am I notified of my admissions decision?
As soon as the Admissions Office receives all credentials, we
will make a decision within a month after Dec. 1.
What if I take my SAT or ACT more than once?
We will take highest of each test score.
Are freshmen allowed to have cars?
Yes, you need to register
your car with public safety.
Are there any clubs/organizations to join?
Yes, we offer over 80 clubs and organizations that appeal to
many interest.
