UNDERGRADUATE APPLICATION FOR READMISSION
Returning C.W. Post students who have been out of attendance for at least one semester may apply for readmission by completing this form.

Please Note: Students returning from an approved Leave of Absence are not required to submit this form and should contact Academic Counseling at 516-299-2746 to arrange for advisement and registration.

UNDERGRADUATE APPLICATION FOR PERSONAL ENRICHMENT
Non-degree seeking adult students may attend C.W. Post on a waiver of credentials for one semester only. Enrollment is limited to nine credits and does not imply future admission to a degree program at C. W. Post.

UNDERGRADUATE VISITING APPLICATION (Fall/Spring)
Visiting students who wish to attend C.W. Post during the fall or spring semesters may apply by completing this form and submitting it along with a letter of permission from their home school.

Please Note: Visiting students who wish to attend C.W. Post during summer or winter sessions, contact the Summer/Winter session office at 516-299-2431 for more information. Letter of permission is not required.
