C.W. Post Student Meets Secretary-General of UN
During the 2008 spring semester, C.W. Post Campus of Long Island University graduate student Ying Zhou met Ban Ki-moon (pictured on right) of the Republic of Korea and secretary-general of the United Nations. At the time of the U.N. event, Zhou was participating in a C.W. Post master's course titled "United Nations and International Communications." The course is offered through the Master of Arts degree program in political science and is taught by Lelia Doss, the former assistant secretary-general for Human Resources at the United Nations.
