The following is an approximate budget of expenses
to attend the C.W. Post Campus of Long Island University for the current
nine-month academic year (2006-2007) and to live in the Long Island,
NY area for a twelve-month calendar year. The budget is a modest,
average one; it may increase or decrease depending on your personal
lifestyle.
All fees are estimated in US dollars and are subject to change. If
the expenses for your particular program differ from the amounts stated
below, International Admissions will contact you upon review
of your Form I-20 Application.

If you are planning to include
your spouse and/or children on your I-20 form, you will have
to show additional funds to cover the cost of living expenses,
room and board, and costs of medical insurance (which C.W. Post
strongly recommends for all dependents of F-1 visa holders).
You must show $6,500 for a spouse and $3,500 for each dependent
child. |
