How Do You Apply?

First, make an appointment to visit the Study Abroad Office, located in Kumble Hall. The Study Abroad Director can provide you with information and application forms for the different programs or put you in contact with the campus representative. The Study Abroad Office also houses an extensive library of foreign study catalogues and references to meet every student's needs.

Once you have chosen a program, meet with your Academic Counselor to make sure your semester abroad will fit into your academic plan of study. You will need to fill out a Visiting Student Authorization form, which requires the approval of your department chair as well as your Academic Counselor.

All forms must be submitted to the Study Abroad Office by March 15th for the Fall semester and October 15th for the Spring semester. Non-affiliated programs may have their own deadlines.
