| As a private, not for profit institution, the University is
entitled to use New York State Contracts.
The State uses the purchasing power of all the public, state
and government institutions to bid many different commodities.
The University purchases many items off of the New York State
Contracts. Our furniture contracts with Hon and Steelcase
are some examples of New York State Contracts.
