Real Estate Center
In order to renew a real estate license in New York state, real estate licensees must complete 22.5 hours of continuing education every two years. Since July 1, 2008, three of these 22.5 hours must include three hours of instruction covering fair housing and/or discrimination in the sale or rental of real property or an interest in real property. At Long Island University, you can meet both of these New York State requirements in just three sessions. Our combination of courses will satisfy both the 22.5 hour requirement and the three-hour fair housing requirement.
