Michael Balboni, the newly appointed New York State Deputy Secretary for Public Safety, discussed current issues in homeland security on February 13 at the C.W. Post Campus of Long Island University in Brookville. The lecture was sponsored by the Homeland Security Management Institute of Long Island University at Riverhead.
