Dr. Elaine Wong, assistant professor of pharmacy practice, received a Doctorate of Pharmacy degree from LIU Pharmacy. She then pursued a post-graduate year-1 (PGY-1) pharmacy practice residency at Hackensack University Medical Center, New Jersey. Dr. Wong serves as a clinical pharmacist at Maimonides Medical Center, New York, and specializes primarily in internal medicine. She currently lectures within the Pharmacotherapeutics courses and precepts students for both introductory and advanced practice pharmacy experiences.
