Description
Dr. Wang joined the Long Island University in 2009. She graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2006 with degrees of Doctor of Pharmacy and Master of Business Administration. After working for a year as a staff pharmacist at the Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland, Ohio, she completed a Post-Graduate Year One Pharmacy Practice residency at the St. John Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. Then she completed Post-Graduate Year Two Critical Care residency at the New York Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn. She currently teaches topics on Pharmacodynamics, Pharmacokinetics in the Geriatric population, Pharmacokinetics of Theophylline, and Pharmacokinetics of Antiarrhythmics. Her practice site is the New York Methodist Hospital where she attends daily clinical rounds with the Cardiology Team. Her research interests include anticoagulation, cardiology, and critical care.
