Description

Dr, Ternas graduated from St. John’s University in Jamaica, New York with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree. She worked as a hospital staff pharmacist and decided to pursue a residency. She completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at the VA New York Harbor Healthcare System in New York, New York and continued on to a specialty residency in critical care at the Charleston Area Medical Center (CAMC), in Charleston, West Virginia. Dr. Ternas always had a passion for teaching which was finally fulfilled when she joined the faculty at LIU Pharmacy.
