At a time when teachers are in growing demand, the Hudson Graduate Centers of Long Island University assist students trained in other fields who wish to become teachers, those who are teachers seeking a master's degree, professional development, and/or an additional certification, and those who come to us directly from an undergraduate experience.
The Hudson Graduate Center offers many different masters and advanced certification programs in Teacher Education. The information on this web site can offer some guidance, but please consult with a program director to determine what program or programs might best meet your educational and career objectives.
Regardless of a student's prior training, the faculty and staff of the Hudson Graduate Centers offer personalized advising in a caring and supportive environment.
Hudson-LIU Teacher Education programs are nationally accredited by the Teacher Education Accreditation council (TEAC).
