New Student Orientation – Thursday January 10, Required for all students

REQUIRED FOR ALL NEW STUDENTS

When: Thursday January 10, 2013 at 4:30 pm

Where:  LIU Hudson at Westchester and LIU Hudson at Rockland

Why:  To make sure you are starting your career as an LIU Hudson student in the best way possible

What:

• Meet staff, faculty and fellow students.
• Register for classes, if you have not already done so.
• Get the answers to your last minute questions.
• One-on-One advisement with a financial aid specialist.
• Find out about your books.
• Have your student I.D. photograph taken.
• Fill out the paperwork to enable you to access the LIU library
• Learn how to access your personal academic account information on MyLIU.
• Participate in a brief "how to" session focusing on using Long Island University's library resources.
• Fill out the forms and pay for your Purchase College parking permit
• Light refreshments will be served.
