Who do I call if I am having trouble with my phone, television, or internet connection?

Call the Information Technology Department at 516-299-2281. Staff will make an appointment to come to your room to address the problem.

If I don’t have a computer, can I access the internet elsewhere in my residence hall?

There is a computer lounge located in each residence hall. These lounges are open 24 hours daily so that you may access the internet and do homework.
