Intramural Group outside on lawn

The Intramural program is an intricate part of student life at LIU Post. We offer competitive and recreational activities within a variety of individual and team sports that involve more than 1,000 students annually. The general underlying principle of Intramurals is to provide competitive fun for everyone who wants to participate. LIU Post Recreation is looking to include as many activities as possible in its Intramural schedule. If you don’t see something that you are interested in playing please stop by the Recreation office and ask us about it.
