Fitness Programs

Our Fitness program incorporates many different features in the center such as Group Fitness Classes, Personal Training, Fitness Room Orientations, our indoor 200 yard walking/jogging track, swimming pool and of course the many cardio and strength equipment pieces in the Fitness Center.

Our primary goal for fitness at the University is to provide education and instruction for the LIU Post community so they may reach whatever goals they may set for themselves and learn how to maintain healthy lifestyles their entire lives.
