LIU Post Pool Rules

  1. All persons using the swimming pool must take a shower before entering the pool area.
  2. Any person having an infectious or communicable disease is prohibited from using the pool.
  3. Persons having open blisters, cuts, etc., are advised not to use the pool.
  4. Spitting, spouting water, blowing the nose or discharging body wastes in the pool is strictly prohibited.
  5. Running, boisterous or rough play or excessive noise is forbidden in the pool area, showers or locker rooms.
  6. Dogs or other animals are not allowed in the pool area.
  7. All children and non-swimmers must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult supervisor.
  8. No street shoes on deck.
  9. No food or drink on deck.
  10. No glass on deck.
  11. No running.
  12. Diving blocks are for swim team use only.
  13. Patrons must wear a proper bathing suit (no jeans, cutoff shorts, t-shirts).
  14. No diving in the shallow end.
  15. Please circle swim to the right side of the lane.
