How to Apply

Step One

Download and complete the Program Application for the Intensive English Program.

Step Two

If you need an I-20 for Summer 2014, download the following forms:

If you need an I-20 for fall 2014, download the following forms:

Note: Please make sure your financial documents are originals, not copies.

Step Three

Submit the following documents to the English Language Institute.

  • Program Application/Personal statement
  • I-20 Application
  • A copy of your passport
  • A copy of your high school or college transcripts
  • A non-refundable tuition deposit of $200, payable to Long Island University
  • A completed Medical Form.

Step Four

Mail all applications and documents to:
