The Art Therapy program is housed in a former carriage house on the beautiful LIU Post, amid 307 acres of woods, rolling lawns and equestrian trails. In addition to graduate assistant and faculty offices, the Art Therapy program has a small-dedicated classroom for seminars and workshops. Students also meet in a large dedicated studio/classroom that seats up to 22 and is equipped for video viewing. When classes are not in session, students can use this space to work on their own projects or critiques. The state-of-the-art facilities of the School for the Visual and Performing Arts are spread throughout the campus, with well-appointed ceramics, printmaking, painting, digital arts, photography, film and dance studios.
