The lead faculty members in this program are Dr. Gregory S. Hunter, Dr. William Saffady, and Prof. Rick Block
Dr. Gregory S. Hunter, a Certified Archivist and Certified Records Manager, was the founding president of the Academy of Certified Archivists, manager of corporate records at ITT World Headquarters, and director of Archival Programs at the United Negro College Fund, Inc. He also was principal archivist and records manager for a team headed by Lockheed Martin that built the Electronic Records Archives for the National Archives and Records Administration.
Dr. William Saffady is internationally known in the fields of information and records management, library automation, and document imaging systems and technologies. Before joining the Palmer School, he taught at the State University of New York at Albany, Vanderbilt University, the Pratt Institute and Wayne State University. At present, Dr. Saffady only teaches in a face-to-face format.
Professor Rick Block, Metadata Librarian at Seattle University, also teaches in the program.
