Zenu Sharma finished her Ph.D. in Finance from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy New York in the year 2009 and she taught corporate finance at EDHEC Business School for two years. Before pursuing a doctoral degree in finance, she worked for five years in the banking and financial intermediation sector in India. Her areas of research interests include corporate finance, executive compensation, corporate governance, financial intermediation, and emerging markets. She also conducts research on firm level innovation and corporate social responsibility specifically with a focus on the environment.
