Enrollment Certification/Verification

Verification of student enrollment for insurance companies, employers, external scholarship providers, employers, third parties or any other agencies can be requested via self-service on MYLIU in the Academics section (in the “other academic” pull-down menu). Alternatively, you can print out and mail the Enrollment Verification Form.
