Special Office and Dining Hours

Special Office Hours During Commencement

During the Commencement exercises on Friday, May 10, the following offices will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with limited staffing: Admissions, Registrar, Bursar, Financial Assistance, and Academic & Career Counseling.

Hillwood Art Museum Hours will be 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.

All other offices and departments will be closed during the commencement exercises so that faculty and staff can participate in, and assist with, the ceremonies.

All offices will close early at 4 p.m. and will reopen on Monday, May 13 at 9 a.m. (Please note weekend classes will continue as scheduled)

On commencement day, the following concessions are open:

HILLWOOD COMMONS
Starbucks: 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Café: 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.

HOSPITALITY TENT
Green and gold tent near Hillwood Commons flagpole
Free cold water.
8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
