What ARE the refund, cancellation and transfers Policy?
All cancellations and transfers must be made in writing.
To make any changes to your registration or request a refund please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org Include student’s name, course and weekend date.
We cannot accept cancellations over the phone or messages left on our voicemail.
If you cancel:
- All tuition will be refunded except a $75.00 non-refundable fee if canceling within 14 days (2 weeks) prior to the start date of the course.
- If you cancel on the start date of the course there will be no refund.
- To transfer a course to a different course as long as it doesn't fall within the 2 weeks of the start date there is a $25 processing fee.
- There will be no refund if you do not attend a course.
