June 13, 2013
Dear LIU Post Parents and Family Members,
All of us at LIU Post hope that you and your students are enjoying the summer break. But as we all know, summer goes by quickly! If your student hasn’t registered for the fall semester yet, please encourage them to do so. It’s easy to do at my.liu.edu.
And just as classes fill quickly, so do dorms! Students should visit the Residence Life page of the LIU Post Student Life & Services website for the registration form and lots of dorm life info. (Please remember that in order to sign up for a room, your student must be registered for at least 12 credits in the fall semester.)

Director of Counseling Services
Coordinator, LIU Post Parent and Family Connection

Need to Finish Your Bachelor’s Degree? LIU Post is the Place
For a variety of reasons, many Long Island adults began college at some point in their lives but never completed their bachelor’s degrees. LIU Post now offers a special degree program designed to help them achieve this important credential. The Adult Degree Completion Program results in the Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies, with concentrations in Business, Health Care Administration and Liberal Arts. Six- and eight-week courses make it possible to complete the 60-credit program in less than two years, and the program is in blended format – part classroom, part online – offering unparalleled convenience.
