Media Pros to Headline LIU Post “Food For Thought Lecture Series

Brookville, N.Y – A Pulitzer Prize winner, a magazine photo editor and a government press secretary will speak at LIU Post's Media Arts Department's "Food For Thought" lecture series this spring.
The guest speakers are: LIU Post alumnus Josh Margolin ('92), a reporter at the New York Post and member of the reporting team of The Star-Ledger's 2005 Pulitzer Prize coverage of James McGreevey's resignation as governor, on February 16; Mercedes Vizcaino, photo editor for All You Magazine/Time Inc., on March 1; and A.J. Carter, former business columnist for Newsday, and now press secretary of the Huntington Township Supervisor, on April 4. Carter's lecture is co-sponsored by the Public Relations Program at LIU Post.
The lectures are held during Common Hour at 12:45 p.m. in Humanities Hall, room 027.
