NY Mets Honor Men's Lacrosse at Citifield

The C.W. Post men’s lacrosse team will be honored by the New York Mets on Saturday, July 31 for winning the NCAA National Championship for the second year in a row. The team will be recognized prior to the start of the Mets' 7:10 p.m. game against the Arizona Diamondbacks. The team is invited to watch batting practice on the field and will be honored by the Mets in a pre-game ceremony.

Head coach John Jez and the Pioneers captured their second straight NCAA title in a 14-9 rematch win over LeMoyne College on May 30 at M & T Bank Stadium in Baltimore, Md.
