The distinguished Palmer School of Library and Information Science, with three program locations throughout the New York metropolitan area, offers a broad portfolio of degree and advanced certificate programs taught by a faculty of distinguished scholars, researchers and hands-on practitioners. Course formats range from in-person to online and blended (online/in-person).
The Palmer School offers the M.S. in Library and Information Science, M.S. in Library and Information Science—School Library Media Program, Advanced Certificates in Archives and Records Management and Public Library Administration, and a renowned concentration in Rare Books and Special Collections. A Ph.D. in Information Studies is offered at the LIU Post campus.
